Excel Academics collects personal identification information from Students in ways including but not limited to the information they provide when submitting the “Book FREE Consultation” form on the site, providing us with their details on external tutoring sites (through which they consent to providing Excel Academics with their details), as well as subscribing to Excel Academics to, for example, through our Claim a Free Resource offer. 

We may use this information to optimize the Student’s tutoring experience as well as using it to improve how other prospective Students engage with Excel Academics services.

• How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to provide our tutoring services, process payments, communicate with users, and improve our services. We may also use this information to send promotional offers or newsletters, which users can opt-out of at any time.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to provide our services. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and providing services to our students and parents.

• Personal Information of Minors

Excel Academics does not knowingly collect the personal information of individuals under the age of 15. If the individual is under the age of 15, Excel Academics advises that they contact us through a parent or legal guardian. All contact between a Tutor and a Student if the latter is under the age of 15 must only be conducted in a supervised setting.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use industry-standard encryption to protect sensitive information during transmission and storage.

• Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Any Updates 

Excel Academics may update this Privacy Policy at any time, and it is the Student’s responsibility to frequently check whether any updates have been made. Thus, by engaging in Excel Academics’ services, the Student is agreeing to be bound to the current version of the Privacy Policy.
